Our reputation for quality and innovation is backed up by the successful completion of hundreds of our customers most complex and challenging projects.

Our main manufacturing facility located in Clackamas, OR (near Portland) provides the most experienced team managers and highly skilled craftsman in the industry. Additional manufacturing facilities in Vancouver, WA and Vigor’s strategically located facilities throughout the Pacific Northwest and Alaska provide an unparalleled level of capability and performance to our customers.

Equipment & Manufacturing

Vigor Complex Fabrication teams provide systems engineering and integration along with first class manufacturing facilities that enable us to provide a full range of products to our customers from structural metal fabrication to turn key design products with complex control systems.

Fabricating and manufacturing facilities include computer aided design systems; computer aided manufacturing machines, and CNC machining equipment. Quality Control personnel are qualified in all non-destructive examination (NDE) disciplines, with the exception of radiography, which is well supported by qualified inspection companies.

In addition to these manufacturing capabilities, our fabricators are skilled in the practical requirements imposed by the fabrication and assembly of critical components and precision machined weldments, and the testing, demonstration, and transportation of these systems. Vigor operates a fully equipped CNC machine shop, utilizing the latest programming software, capable of servicing both large and small components. Most major machining operations are performed in our in-house machine center to better control cost, schedule, and quality.
